- Conduct outbound calling and lead generation exercises to support sales initiatives.
- Ensure transactional information and system entries are completed in an accurate, complete and timely manner.
- Handling customer inquiries through telephone, web and e-mail correspondences in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
- Any other duties assigned by manager.
- O Level and above, preferably in a business-related field
- Experience in call centre environment will be an added advantage
- Outgoing, patient, customer-oriented and has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven individuals
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
- Possess PC skills and familiar with MS Word, Excel
